Exchange of Ordered Footwear:
After you have received an item you have 15 days (from date of delivery) to return it. To ensure that this process is quick and seamless, please note the following:

- The customer support team will request you to share few images of the received product before confirming the exchange.
- Once customer support team confirms with the exchange, a return pickup will be scheduled and after the return pickup, we will dispatch the exchange order to the customers address. Incase of unavailability of return pickup service in customers pincode, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to the office address(address will be shared on whatsapp by our customer support team ) and we will dispatch the exchange item once our team confirms the arrival of return courier.
- Under below circumstances / situations no refunds will be applicable.
- Any item that is shipped back to us 15 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not attributable to Moo Chuu India.
- In order to process your return request, we would require your order ID. (Once you place an order, you will receive an invoice by an email. This invoice contains details of your order with ID)
- Please note that purchases from the online shop cannot be returned or exchanged at an offline store / showroom / Franchise (Moo Chuu India store or outlet), nor can complaints about purchases be lodged at these locations. Likewise, purchases from offline store /showroom / Franchise (Moo Chuu India store or outlet) cannot be returned to the online web store and complaints about such purchases cannot be lodged there.
Refund of Purchase
- All the refunds are processed back to your preferred mode of payment (Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTm or Bank Transfer). For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be made only for the cost of footwear. COD collection charges will not be refunded.
- Once customer support team confirms refund, a return pickup will be scheduled and after the return pickup, we will dispatch the exchange order to the customers address. Incase of unavailability of return pickup service in customers pincode, the customer is responsible for shipping the product to the office address(address will be shared on whatsapp by our customer support team .
- Please note refunds will be processed only after the product is received at our warehouse & all quality checks are completed & found satisfactory.
- For every mode of payment, it will take 1-2 working days to process the refund. The refund process will start once we receive the product in our warehouse.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed only for the amount paid by the customer during the transaction.For Cash On Delivery orders, refunds does not include any COD charges. The amount availed as discount via coupon code will not be refunded. Re-validation of the coupon code will be a decision taken by the customer service team on case to case basis.
- Once your request for refund has been approved, our customer care team will contact you for transferring the amount back to your given account details.
Under any circumstances, if you wish to cancel the placed order, you can do so by logging into your account or getting in touch with our Customer Care representatives through Mail, Phone or WhatsApp. However, you can cancel your order online as long as the product has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, In-case of prepaid order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 working days to approve the refund request of cancelled order. Once the request is approved, it will take 1-2 working days to initiate a refund. Any amount paid will be credited into the same account using which the payment was made. You will be notified of the same by e-mail or a WhatsApp message.
